We've dined at Pinnacle a number of times, enjoyed both the food and the view. This past week was a completely different experience, unfortunately had friends with who had not been there before.
The view was still spectacular. Two of the dinners were bad. One pork chop was served raw and in less than 10 minutes when on the menu is printed a pork chop dinner will take 20 minutes to be served. The beef tenderloin medallions were all red when they were ordered medium well.
The checks arrived. One had an amount in the gratuity line that no one could explain. The food and banquet manager tried to explain it as a liquor tax - both checks had liquor on them. That issue was never explained or removed.
The evening was quite a disappointment.
