“amazing food and small town feel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2013

Took here by a family member and so happy I was! Delicious food and so many different choices. Huge portions and not expensive. Go during the week if you can because it gets so busy! Still fast service and turnover. Outside seating and live music. Try the armadillo eggs! Close to the boardwalk.

“Fun Family Meal”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 4, 2013 via mobile

It was packed when we arrived but they seated us quickly. The wait staff quickly had drinks on the table and were very friendly.

The portions were huge and tasty. Everyone left full and satisfied.

Live music was being played outside. Great time.

“Great food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2013

Our 2nd time to eat here. Very tasty food. Armadillo eggs are excellent. The Club Sandwich is superb. My husband loved the BBQ. Fries are great also. Don't let the "backporch" live band area keep you from going. Though it's loud outside, when you get inside the restaurant, you cannot hear it at all. Go early or you will be waiting for a table.

“Not impressed”

Met some friends here for dinner. The service was very very slow and the food was not good. The atmosphere was fun with the live band but don't think I will be back.

“Really great BBQ!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 23, 2013

I would advise anyone in the area to go and eat here, the meat is great but the kicker is the Armadillo eggs, you have to try them!

The sides were not that tasty in my opinion but the meats were done well, especially the pulled pork and the brisket. The ribs were good also, but a little fatty for me. The sausage was a little greasy, but tasted fine.

While the meats are the thing that will bring you in, its the Armadillo eggs that you will be talking about for weeks / months to come!
