We recently spent a four day weekend with friends exploring the historic town of Jefferson, Texas. We stayed at the Azalea Inn, which was a cozy and comfortable bed and breakfast in town. The accomodations were great! Comfortable bed, lots of room in our room, cable TV, outside patio for breakfast or indoor parlor for relaxing or eating. Private bathroom, coffee maker, and homemade candies when we arrived. Innkeepers Valerie and Sam couldn't have made our stay any better. Each morning we were served a scrumptious breakfast fit for kings - fruit, breads, juice and an array of egg dishes, hashbrown casseroles, other delicious choices. The grounds were landscaped and immaculately kept and added to the relaxing atmosphere. We were very pleased and will definitely plan a return trip!
