Summary: A frequent Hampton Inn guy, the Garden Inn is a nice step up but the Garden Inn on the North side of the airport it better than this one for the following reasons; It's tough to find and you can hear the planes taking off as they fly almost right over the hotel. On the plus side the airport is easier from here than from the north side.
Location: Just about 5 min from airport so that's nice, but it's right next to a major interchange and I missed the exit as it wasn't easily determinable and I had a GPS, so that wasn't a good start to the stay.
Cost: A bit high at $140.
Hotel/Amenities: Small pool (outside), business office, restaurant/bar, workout room. All quite nice.
Service: Didn't have any issues.
Room: Had a King. Very nice. 37" flatscreen TV but the expanded cable channels weren't all there and there was only 1 HBO channel (the north side had a number of them.
Bathroom: Quite nice. Liked the better soap/shampoos over the Hamptons I'm used to.
Food: didn't eat at the hotel, but they have a restaurant and room service. Breakfast is for a fee.
Non-Hotel comments: Nothing really within walking distance. You have to drive down to the next exit where there's a number of chain restaurants.More
