Staff was very insensitive to needs of customers...Elevator failed with people on board...refused to give refund...we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to room...non smoking room smelled like smoke...Just Poor customer service all around....

This DFW airport location is very close on the southern end of the DFW airport.

The rooms are well maintained, clean and updated. The noise from other rooms can easily be heard as the walls must not be very thick. Very good fitness center with plenty of space ... free weights, ellipticals, bikes and treadmills. The breakfast selections are okay ... basic cereals, fruits, oatmeal, eggs (also made to order), and variety of juices. Appears to stay busy with lots of occupancy so call early if you need a room.

This property had a good amount of meeting space.

Not a lot of variety of restaurant options nearby and it can be a bit confusing to navigate the highways. Not a far drive to Las Colinas where there's a wide variety of options.

Room Tip: Not a lot of space in the rooms with two double beds.

Everything was perfectly fine. The price seemed a bit high at $200+. Bar and restaurant service was excellent and the free airport shuttle was definite plus. My very good rating is exclusive of price.

This property is relatively fresh and well-maintained. A colleage and I stayed over on a Thursday night to catch early flights out of DFW on Friday morning. The airport shuttle runs every half-hour and is quick and punctual.

The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of well-prepared food. However, our entrees took a very long time to arrive; and the waitress was friendly but very difficult to understand.

I would return.

What a great hotel the stay was very enjoyable from check in to the rooms,the many employees were fantastic from the front desk Victoria and Vilma to the employees cleaning the rooms to the employees in the dining room for breakfast always asking if everything is ok and could they get us something,stayed in many a hotels that cost a lot more but this one did a lot better from the employees themselves the manager of this property should be very proud and fortunate they have such great employees who made are stay because of cancelled flight back to the east coast so much more bearable thank you Hilton Garden Inn DFW Airport and a big thank you to all your great employees!!!!!!!

Room Tip: These is a great property and all rooms are just has good has the other!!!!!
