After reading some of the reviews on tripadvisor, I was a little skeptical walking through the door. But right off the bat, the place started making a good impression on my wife and me. The young lady taking orders was very friendly and gladly walked us through the menu, offering suggestions and even samples. The food wasn't the greatest 'cue I've ever eaten, but it was tender and tasty. The brisket was a little dry but flavorful and -- contrary to some of the other reviews -- still had some "bark." The tasty sauce -- which is kept warm (nice touch) -- mostly took care of the dryness. Pulled chicken was excellent, and the turkey was fine. I would gladly order any of these meats again and would try others. Onion rings are a little overrated. Barbecue joint atmosphere and ample food for the money. Definitely would go back if I'm in the area.
