Piman was our favorite choice, in Irving, for Asian food. Suddenly, a new owner took over. We ususally visit Piman 2-3 times each week. Imagine our surprise, when we arrived to pick up our 'to-go' order and were berated by this woman complaining that we were not paying enough for the order. "The price will be double next time". Her attitude was negative. Her posture was argumentative and extremely unpleasant. This is certainly not the way to run any business in America.
We have been so happy with the previous owner and wait staff. We hope the new owner will re-think her approach to customer service.
In the meantime, we are going to take a 'break' from Piman and try some other Asian restaurants.
