This is your typical, very good Pei Wei Diner. For those who haven't been, it was a modern, trendy, comfortable decor. You walk up to a counter and order/pay for your food, then sit and server brings it. They have an excellent variety of traditional and for signature dishes and the food is consistently good and served promptly.
One of the things that is somewhat unique is the drink dispenser - from which you can literally order dozens of varieties of flavored drinks; for example, diet coke - or vanilla, cherry, orange, berry, etc diet coke. Multiply that by the fact that they at least a dozen other commonly available soft drinks, and you get the idea.
They also offer a variety of their entrees as platters that come with a slightly smaller (than entree size) portions and rice - great for a single diner or for lunch.
We tried the hot and sour soup (average to good), crab wantons (very good), crispy pot stickers (very good) and the chicken fried rice (very good). One thing I don't much care for is their brand of soy sauce - it is non-traditional and I think has too much vinegar.
