One of the nicer hotels I've ever had the opportunity to stay in. Great staff, beautiful building, probably the best breakfast I have eaten in awhile. However, the bathroom was rather small for such a great hotel room.

Not happy with this hotel, all the way from check in to check out, managers reception was terrible, snacks was very stale pretzels and very little else, front desk at check in would not let me use part cash part card, this person had to ask another person then they one another person all the way to manager, and manager would not even come out to speak to me,

We stayed May 3-5. We have a 15 month old and a 4 year old. We chose this hotel based on close proximity to airport, with an early morning flight on Sunday. My 4 year old loves to swim, and we were excited to spend lots of time in the pool. When we checked in, we had to move rooms because of the strong mildew smell in our original room (733). We were moved to a room on the 5th floor, which turned out to be adequate. Our bathroom door didn't close all the way, which wasn't great.
The biggest disappointment was the pool. When we entered the area, it had a strong diarrhea smell. The work out facility is through the pool area, and I thought it might be that? My daughter was eager to jump in, so we got into the pool right away. Once in, I noticed the entire rim was covered in mildew/mold. And there was a ring of dark dirt or something around the pool. (think : ring around the bathtub). We exited and immediately showered. Really disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area and our first room. There is definitely a moisture problem at this establishment.

We were in town for a cheer competition. Jessica was so friendly and provided outstanding service in the restaurant at night. She told us to ask for the concierge, Mo, the next morning. We immediately knew who he was as he was greeting many guests at breakfast by name. When he came over to speak to us, he was warm and gracious-an absolute professional.

The only the only thing enjoyable about my stay was the Breakfast, and leaving!!! The room cleanliness and maintenance was atrocious, the pool was so over-chlorinated that it bleached my wife’s bathing suit!
