We have been going here for mini vacations for years and the service is consistanly friendly and superb. They allow dogs in non eating and gym areas and welcome the dogs as well as they do humans without any trumped up charge for the dogs. The facility has a large club attached that guests can use with no additional charge. Until fairly recently you used to be able to take classes in the fitness center for free too but allas not more. The staff is very well trained, efficent and approachable. There are four pools, golf course and a really wonderful restaurant. The Sunday brunch is really something special.

Room Tip: If you are celebrating a special occasion besure to mention it when you make a reservation

Had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons in early September for business. Having stayed here before I was once again very pleased with the property. This time around I was able to stay in the main hotel area, instead of the villas. The room was a little smaller, but was nice not having to walk around outside in a suit. Although the view was better.

Staff onsite was very kind and service was great. Probably, however, one of the best aspects is the fitness center. Its actually a full, separate building. It houses a salt water pool, several indoor tennis courts, and racquetball and squash courts. The free weight section has numerous treadmills and elliptical.

I stayed at the resort for a wedding. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The catered meals were wonderful! I had a very relaxing time and enjoyed my time by the pool. Everyone checked to be sure I had whatever I needed.

My family and I stayed at the resort for 3 nights in September 2012. The resort itself is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and nice. The customer service is amazing. My daughter fell and was upset and an employee came over with a Teddy bear "Mr Bear" and asked if "Mr Bear" could sit with us to make her happy. My 3 year old loved this and forgot about her fall right away. We felt like the employees went above and beyond on anything we asked.

There is also a lovely man-made beach next to the family pool with shovels and spades and toys for kids. My kids loved it!

My husband and his dad said the golf course was great and up to other TPC courses they had played.

Would absolutely recommend this resort.

This was the second year in a row that we come here with family during the last weekend in August. We absolutely love this place. We had made reservations for three Fairway-View rooms with one king bed each. Several days before leaving for Dallas I received an email from a Guest Relations Coordinator at the resort. She said that she would be glad to help us with any last minute requests in regards to dinner reservations, tee times, transportation, amenities etc. she also included a spa menu and offered to arrange any last minute treatments. I usually handle these kind of things directly, but I figured I would take advantage of her offer to help. I emailed her back several times to arrange massage treatments for several members of our groups as well as a Sunday brunch reservation for our entire family. Then on the day we left for Dallas I received anther message from her saying that the hotel would not be at capacity over the weekend and that they had villa suites available. And since we were traveling as a group they would like to offer us a discounted rate to upgrade. We were not sure if we would like the location of the villas, so we asked if we could decide once we arrived, which she was glad to go along with. The villas ended up being in the perfect spot, with one facing the resort pool and two others facing the 18th green on the TPC course. We excepted their offer to upgrade all three rooms to villas for a total of $150. The Guest Relations Coordinator also insisted on sending a gift to each of our rooms so we all received chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine for free. The villa rooms were so nice and spacious. The bathrooms are extremely large and the walk in shower is much bigger than in the standard rooms. Plus each villa has a nice sitting area with a full size couch and a porch/balcony with two chairs and a table. Our room faced the golf course and the view was beautiful. One of the best parts of staying here is the resort pool. They pamper you like crazy, such as wrapping your lounge chair with a fitted towel, bringing you ice water and smoothie samples, and providing cold, scented towels to put on your face and neck. You also can order food and drinks right from your pool-side chair. The spa is also fantastic. It has a relaxing atmosphere and any hotel guest can use the spa lounges for free which offer hot tubs, cold tubs, sauna, steam rooms, and lounge chairs with all sorts of newspapers and magazines to read and free peach tea to drink. The fitness center is the best I have ever seen at a hotel because it is part of the Four Season's Club for local members. It is a large room with lots of well maintained equipment. They provide free earphones for the TVs on the cardio equipment. They also offer cups of water, dry towels to wipe your sweat, and they come around with wet towels to cool you off. As for the restaurants, we had Sunday brunch at Cafe on the Green and it was amazing. The food selection was incredible with things like shrimp, sushi, omelets, salads, cheeses, breads, prime rib and much more. And the dessert selection was equally impressive. Finally, when we checked out, the Guest Relations Coordinator had a box of truffles for each couple in our group. We have never received such excellent service at any hotel. If you make reservations to stay here and they contact you prior to your visit, you should definitely respond. They will go out of their way to treat you like VIPs.

We stayed five days for a wedding that was so fairy tale perfect that is seemed like we were in a movie. Although we know the wedding planner and the families had a lot to do with this event, the Hotel and the staff just couldn't have done more. We know that the price is near the top,but they made it so worth it. If needed to save a little money the grocery store located right next to it made it easy to stretch the dollars. Don't be afraid to negotiate your rate when booking in advance. They are very business savvy and know that an empty room is an expense not profit. Our price was lower than most other lesser quality hotels in the area. This week will be remembered and cherished forever. Mazel Tov Rachel and Isreal!!

Almost everything was great: warm welcome at reception, good service overall, very good coffee (NOT Charbux, yay!) & food, but little things seemed off. Scuff marks on bedroom walls for example. Also, no individual light controls in the separate toilet, only in main bathroom. No outlets near bed was frustrating when recharging phone. Door to admittedly tiny balcony wouldn't open, though it was so hot it didn't matter. Location is far from Dallas downtown so cabs or rental car are a MUST. Room door is very thin and didn't block hall noise, which could be annoying. Other than that it was great.

Room Tip: Get a room far from elevators or hall noise will wake you up, doors are thin and not soundproof.
