Great place to stay. The bed was truly heavenly and the double shower was grand. My only suggestion... I had booked a room for two and basically got a room set up for one person. King bed was fine, but there was only one of everything: one side chair, one pack of coffee and one decaf, one each of two varieties of tea bags so we couldn't each have one. Two sugar packs only besides the fake stuff, two creamers, one plastic glass on the dresser, one in the bathroom... There were pairs of glass glasses and two Sbux paper cups/lids and extra towels under the sink but the overall the impression was that it was a room for one. Also, coffee mugs would have been preferable, especially for tea. Still, it was a grand place for a getaway... very comfortable and quiet with nice views.

After much difficulty getting to the DFW airport area,we finally appeared at your front desk at 11P.M. a bit frazzled to discover that our reservation made through Orbitz had not been submitted. Thanks to the kindness, patience, willingness to help, and professionalism, both Janina Partney and Suzanne Wilson made our check in happen. They took the time to make all the neccessary phone calls, and straighten out the confusion. It took some time, but they persisted. They made us feel very welcomed, and did not brush us off. Our experience was very positive, our stay very pleasant. In addition the room was very clean, with an extremely comfotable bed.
Tnk you Janina,and Suzane.

We were in town to see my favorite team play on Christmas eve. It was our first trip to Dallas and our first time staying at Westin. The room was beautiful and very clean. I have a sleep number bed but the bed was heaven. Now we always look ar Westin hotels first when looking to travel

I stayed a night there in June for a connection. It was a great airport hotel, I could relax and enjoy while I was there.

It was very close to the airport, and the hotel staff was very nice. The room was big, and comfortable, very quiet, no noise at all. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a rooftop pool, next to the gym, very nice, and you can see the airplane touch down so close, and see the sunset too.

The restaurant was surprisely good, I ordered rebeye (very large), which was so juicey, and dilicious, top TX style.

So if you choice to stay in DFW, the Westin is the first choice.

Room Tip: Try out the restaurant in the hotel, great quality

After a busy day shopping it was nice to come to a full service hotel. We enjoyed the pool on the top floor where you can almost touch the planes landing at DFW. It was not loud in the room even on the 15th floor. If you are going to fly out of DFW pick the Westin Hotel to relax before (or after) your flight.

Room Tip: Check the internet specials because we received a great deal for such a nice hotel. It is good at an...

I travel on business often and stay primarily in Starwood hotels worldwide. Westin DFW is on the lower scale of the chain. I stayed in the 15th fl. The room was big, spacious. The furniture was worn and the chair had a bunch of white stuff on top which could be flicked off but evidently the room cleaner didn't see fit to do that. Same with the long hair smack in the middle of the sink. Gave me the feeling the room wasn't very clean overall. Furniture and carpet were a bit worn looking though I've seen worse. I wouldn't pay more than $120 tops for this hotel and will avoid it on my next Dallas trip.

I apologize for what is definitely not our standard. We take great pride in knowing that our cleanliness rankings, as measured by our guest feedback, ranks better than Westin brand year to date. Your experience is not typical of what the majority of our guest feedback tells us. Nevertheless, we realize that a safe, clean and well maintained hotel is critical to our guests when making choices for hotel accommodations. I promise that we will use this valuable information to improve. When items such as these have not been adressed and are brought to our attention we do our best to improve the quality as soon as possible. We have recently changed out the furniture and flooring in our great room and market. We hope that you will experiences our improvements allow us the opportunity to regain your trust the next time you visit the Dallas Fort Worth area.

The hotel was overall nice, but the service was not really that good. I can tell you the only interaction we had with anyone was when we arrived and checked in and then again when we checked out. Staff in the area, but not really helpful per say.

Overall if you're looking for a nice nights rest, it nice and will work fine. The rooms were kind of small. We did visit the roof top pool. We had younger kids, but didn't get in. There were quite a few adults enjoying at the time we went.

Parking was terrible. We didn't make it back to the hotel until around 11pm and had to park far from the front door. Not sure if this is the norm, but that was a bit of a problem.

I apologize for the inconveninces you experienced during your visit. We take a great deal of pride in our hotel and our service. It is unsual that our parking is that high in voluem. I am sorry that you had to experience that, especially late in your day. We consistently receive high marks from our guests and I regreat you had this type of experience. I hope that you will allow us another opportunity to provide the outstanding service that our hotel prides itself on.
