We enjoyed our first meal so much we returned a week later. The food and and service were outstanding. The tranquil interior makes the beautiful views of the Hill Country stand out. The wine list is modest but we found a very good red wine we enjoyed both times. We are fortunate to have a restaurant of this quality in this location. We look forward to continuing to work our way through the menu.

We enjoyed our Sunday brunch so much we returned for dinner later in the week. Delicious food, beautifully prepared & a lovely setting overlooking the hill country outside Hunt. Some of the best crab cakes we ever enjoyed accompanied the eggs Benedict (they are also served as "small plates" at dinner, & would suffice as a main course.) worth a trip to the Hill Country for a visit. We'll be back!

The food was good. Wonderful tortilla soup along with shrimp and grits. The setting is incredible, with a great view. When we were there it was a bit chilly. So, we couldn't sit outside. However, we're looking forward to returning on a warmer day to enjoy the patio seating. Our server was helpful, had some good suggestions and was very informative. We were a bit concerned that we'd be unable to find it, but didn't have any problems. Look for the Stablewood Springs Resort sign and turn onto Cardinal Hill Road off of Highway 39.

Discovering Antler's Grill at lunch today altered our view of the Hill Country! We needed a vacation, and although we had only driven twenty minutes, we were refreshed by the ambiance of this poolside eatery. With cuisine that can equal any five star in a large city, we will be back often. The special today was a delectable seafood gumbo! And we tried all three of the desserts....they were perfection! And amazingly the entrees for lunch ran from $6 to $11!

With a five star view as well, and beautiful landscaping you can easily feel as if you are visiting southern France! We also walked through a Villa at the resort and look forward to future family reunions at this fabulous facility :)!
