This was first class treatment & we were treated wonderfully! The rooms were fresh! The service was A1 we felt like we were celebs ! I would recommend you to book here. No one looked down on us, they served with honor.

This bad review is because of poor management decisions by the front desk of the Hilton Post oak. A group gathering tonight let out with a few hundred people. The ticket machine outside the lobby where you pay for the parking garage (and there is only one machine) was broken. After the crowd waited a long time, people just went to their cars, however this created a line of around 100 cars backed up to the 4th floor of the parking garage trying to get out, but nobody could because the ticket machine outside the lobby was broken. While sitting in the parking garage line for close to an hour (not moving much at all), we called the front desk of the Hilton three times to tell them the problem, and that they should just open the parking garage gate and lets cars flow out freely. Not only did it take awhile to get anything done, when they did act, they brought an employee to the parking garage exit, but told him to take $7 from each car before letting them out. This took forever (only cash, many didn't appear to have the correct change). It took us over an hour and we were relatively close to the front of the line. I can't imagine how long it took for the poor folks stuck up on the 4th floor.

This was a poor decision by the front desk - they should have forgone the few hundred dollars and just opened the gate, saving people probably 1-2 hours of being stuck in their parking garage ... all because their (one) ticket machine outside the lobby wasn't working.

Very disappointed.

I had a great time here. If I travel to this area again I will differently stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shopping and food was within walking distance. Which was very helpful. Nice area for a solo trip.

It is a very vital place that can make you comfortable after finished your hard days, concerning the room service they keep your room always clean and organize also for the reception sooo helpful and awesome, the only comment on food especially dinner not always be good.

No hot water in my room - they moved me to one with hot water
Room service food quality below Hilton standard
Hotel had a 2 hour power failure - localized to the facility
I am a big fan of Hilton and all of its brands - this one lets down the brand
