Yes their slogan, just south of hooters, is a play off of another restaurant but their food is very good.
For the vegetarian, I would recommend the Beaver Nut Burger, made of brown rice, cashews, walnuts, and cheddar, with bibb lettuce, tomato, onion house pickles and a side of miso-mustard sauce.
For the non-vegetarian, try the T.B.L.T, made of all natural smoked turkey, thick cut bacon, swiss, bibb lettuce, onion and chipolte mayo on a pecan cranberry bread. It comes with bacon cheddar mashed potatoes and green bean casserole.
Both of them were very good and served quickly by our waitress.
Don't let the name discourage you from eating here as their menu is diverse for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians and they support local farmers and producers.
