We were taking a weekend away to go to the Houston Rodeo. We had heard about ZaZa so we gave it a try. What a cool hotel! Not like any hotel we have seen in this part of the country. The hotel is decorated with modern artwork and colors and has a very rich feel to it. The rooms are comfortable and made us feel like we were staying in a friends loft apartment. The bed was fabulous-we didn't want to get up.
We had drinks Saturday in the hotel bar which was hoping with activity. The martini's were wonderful and the staff was attentive. Breakfast was also very good and we found the staff to be available and helpful if needed but not over bearing.
We spent $275 for a king room with balcony and views of the city. Well worth the price we paid. We even walked across the street to the museum which was unplanned but a nice surprise.More
