Excellent place to stay! Room had plenty space! Balcony view was amazing! Friendly staff! Delicious breakfast! Great location to many tourist attractions! Very unique, comfortable, quiet place! Definitely will be back!

Just a different way to travel... laid back, neat concept, friendly people, give it try!!! This is different from the standard bed and breakfast and something you need to check out.... I did not stay for the breakfast but was told it is GREAT.....

This place suited our needs perfectly - needed two nights recovery after long flight and wanted to see Menil collection Rothko chapel and the bats. Room was upgraded. Breakfast great staff very friendly

I had the opportunity to stay in the Modern B&B during a business event. It is an absolute treasure in the city. The floor plans are spacious and perfect for entertaining. All of the outdoor patios allowed for us to stay outside and talk all evening. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The staff were fantastic. I cannot imagine ever staying in a traditional hotel again!
Room tip: Great for multiple families vacationing together.

A lovely, modern B&B very well located for exploring the Museum District. Lisa and company made our visit to Houston very special with warm hospitality and great recommendations for activities and good restaurants.

The Modern B&B - and its staff - never fails to deliver. Perhaps I'm partial having stayed here so many times, but the rooms are great, it's close to where I usually need to be, and the hosts and chef are tremendous.
