Museum District Gem

A lovely, modern B&B very well located for exploring the Museum District. Lisa and company made our visit to Houston very special with warm hospitality and great recommendations for activities and good restaurants.

My favorite place in town

The Modern B&B - and its staff - never fails to deliver. Perhaps I'm partial having stayed here so many times, but the rooms are great, it's close to where I usually need to be, and the hosts and chef are tremendous.

Great Place

Great Big rooms, huge bathroom, walk-in closet, 2 private decks...
super friendly staff and great common living rooms... oh and the food
was great too. Theirs plenty of parking and it's location is close to lots of

Friendly and clean.

It's a great place. Friendly, helpful people that actually care about you. They bent over backwards for us. I would recommend this to everyone. Comfortable beds everything clean. Great breakfast and coffee!

Great Service

The Owner was very accommodating and had a great attitude. The room was small, but clean. Nothing fancy. The location was ideal for getting downtown and to NRG Stadium. I would definitely go back for the value!
