The Owner was very accommodating and had a great attitude. The room was small, but clean. Nothing fancy. The location was ideal for getting downtown and to NRG Stadium. I would definitely go back for the value!More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Modern B&B. The location was great--near museums and restaurants, the building was lovely, the hosts were friendly, the breakfast was wonderful. The price was very reasonable. Have told numerous friends about it and we will be back!

Overall satisfied. If you have issues though, be aware that they may not get resolved. The greeter was nice but didn't give us any other contact information so we relied on what was on the email confirmation.

We booked this place last-minute for New Year's Eve. The staff was so nice. They took really great care of us and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and clean. It was just a few blocks away from restaurants, bars, and a shops. It was located right between Richmond and Alabama for convenient "urban hiking". You can't find a better priced place near that location. We would definitely stay there again.

Five townhomes (4 interconnected), each with several bedrooms for rent, a nicely equipped kitchen, and living room. Great for groups as well as smaller parties. Excellent location (in heart of Houston art district and so much more) and parking. Lisa Collins and her staff couldn't be more knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. I would be comfortable staying here by myself, as everyone was so friendly. All staff are so knowledgeable of art, dining options, interesting events, etc. Interesting guests, including artists and those in the art world. We enjoyed a daily breakfast in main building, with delicious homemade breads and omelettes. This will be my go to place for visiting Houston. I look forward to getting back there soon. Found a comfortable home away from home.

Could not have had a better night out for my last night on Houston. Recommend in warm weather to book the roof top if you can. The view of the Houston skyline us a great ball drop we went up after dinner for a night cap before leaving.
The food was fabulous. The service impeccable the us refined. Overall really nice
