This Italian look-alike is a hotel I keep coming back to. It is a gem in Uptown, a more and more attractive area of Houston. The pool area is pleasant and often thinly populated. Breakfast is also worth mentioning. I keep on coming back. More

have stayed at the Granduuca Houston location about 10 times now. While the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are perfectly appointed; I come back because of the staff. My family and I always are warmly greeted and taken care of. Celmy works in the cafe/bar area and is the sweetest and most hospitable server ever! There are soo many of the staff who always make each stay so special: Abid, Fred, Sabrina, Tes and more...The rooms are spacious and clean. Service is outstanding!!

I had the pleasure of a new stay at Granduca Houston. The staff is very welcoming, and the place just makes you feel at home again. The rooms are superiior, and the hotel has the perfect balance between in door and outdoor facilities ,which lets you indulge in a secluded Library setting for informal business talks, or to enjoy an outdoor drink or dinner which was perfect beginning of May. The location is in the middle of the dining area of Galleria, and you can take the pleasure of live music in the afternoons parts of the week. A place warmly recommended.

I was booked at another hotel for OTC and the reservation was lost. This is not a good situation during this conference as there are over 100,000 people in town for this. The hotel said that the Granduca was close by and would be comparable. I found it to be superior! Friendly staff greeted me and the place is gorgeous! The drive up, the lobby, the bar, all amazing. My room was double the size of my previous reservation and had more amenities. The location is also a big plus. It is easy to get to from any direction. I will be here next year and any other Houston trip I have to make!

This amazing hotel was brought down by the poor staff, bad service and extra fees. The pool and hot tub were great, but the staff and drinks were horrible. The valet made me uncomfortable, I should have just given them my wallet and let the take what made them feel validated.

I love this hotel and think it's a great value for the price. It's very charming , the beds are comfortable, furnishings are very sturdy and old world style. I love the pool with its cabanas and the food was to die for.
