We have stayed here a couple of times now and they have been wonderful . The bed is awesome. The pillow selection is wonderful . We stated we were checking in for our Anniversary and they sent up a cheese tray and champagne. Great service all around .

My wife and I decided to stay at the Hotel Granduca for our anniversay, after having tried it once before. Both times, we have been truly satisfied with the Hotel and its service. This time we added the Ristorante Cavour, which matches the hotel in service and quality.
Very nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Only a year and a hlaf old boutique hotel. Owner had in mind to have the hotel looks like an old italian house. Did a very good job. Hotel smells nice and clean. Our suite had a full kitchen. I wish they had a washer and dryer. It's very expensive using the hotel laundry service.
Will come again.
Due to medical reasons I have to visit Houston twice a year since 2007, most of my stays have been at theGranduca whereI feel more at home than in other hotels. When the Ike hurricane hit Houston, Iwas very much impressed on the generosity and helpfulness of the hotel managment who opened the hotel for all their employees to stay, including pets, to people who came by looking for shelter, water or food. Very touching
Loved this hotel and the personal attention they give guests. Pool and cabana area a great way to wind down after a day of shopping. Didn't get to eat in the restaurant but hope to next trip. Room service was fantastic and they brought a special dessert for my daughter when they learned it was her birthday!
My husband and I typically stay here once or twice a year, and I am just getting around to writing a review!! We have always had wonderful service, by EVERYONE!! They have a great bar selection, and have always had live music while we were there. It is very low key and classy. The location is great, really close to great restaurants and shopping. Their on site restaurant is delicious if you don't want to get out! We are normally in town to shop. We have tried some other hotels near by, but don't think we will ever again, we are always disappointed when we do. Definitely recommend this hotel!
