The service was good and the food was quite nice. A bit noisy for my taste, but what places are not these days.

I really enjoy this restaurant. Located (at least partially) in an old railroad dining car, it has a unique atmosphere. The food is outstanding. My favorite is the seafood campechana, which is a giant seafood cocktail complete with chunks of delicious avocado. A seafood campechana and a cup of their delicious gumbo is usually fills me up. They also have really nice seafood poboys.

The Seafood cocktail is to die for! Red Snapper San Antonio dish was the bomb! If you get the chance, ask for Carlos, BEST WAITER WE'VE EVER HAD!

This rather unpretentious looking restaurant holds a treasure of well-cooked and expertly seasoned seafood. I had the red snapper special and it was well prepared and tasty. The vegetables are also fresh and properly cooked. It is a great, casual place to have fresh seafood.

When I think of seafood, Jim Goode's Goode Company Seafood always comes to the top. This is a unique Texas gulf coast restaurant in many ways. They grill fresh fish over mesquite , or fry. Literally, every dish is great. The Campechana is over the top as an appetizer, fresh cut fries… there are no shortcuts taken anywhere.
Superb quality and service!
