This is the pizza you had back in New York, Boston, and Philly in the 70's when it was good, really good. This is the good stuff. The other pizza places are just cheese on toast with some ketchup. Calizones and stombolies to die for. They don't skimp on fresh ingredients. The hot wings clear your sinuses from a distance; I kid you not.
They all know your name at Brothers, there is pizazz and a lovable staff. What Cheers is to Boston, Brother's is to Katy and West Houston. Been going here for 20+ years. And it caters to everybody from working class Joes to fancy posh folks. But everyone comes together for the same reason: You come for great pizza.
The only noise is folks talking. They have TV's to oodle at for games or news. They have bottle beer and the soda flows freely. It can be packed depending on the day or time of day. Who cares, call ahead and take out. This is an awesome Mom and Pop place.
