“Comfort food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2012

I am a vegetarian and often find it difficult to see many choices in restaurants. This one is different. There are many choices for vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians. The food is awesome and service is great. The food is like 'comfort food'. You feel good after eating it and you don't feel guilty of having eaten an unhealthy meal outside. My husband had a sore throat that day and the waitress brought him hot water to drink. Great service. And they are open until late, which is a great plus.

We had the family platter. Amazing spread. Can't remember all the names but its really good. A little pricy but worth it!

“My first Ethiopian food experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 3, 2012 via mobile

I dont really have any comparison since this was my first Ethiopian food experience. We went to this place with group of 10 people. They were able to accomodate us right away, the service was awesome and the food are reasonably priced! We had a good time! The lamb dishes were pretty tasty and we also tried their honey wine (taste really good but be careful, its unfiltered so youll feel the kick after a glass).

“Always great !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 18, 2012

The food is so tasty. Try the honey wine too; it's for those with a sweet palate. I've been several times, and the service has always been well.

“A near perfect experience”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2012

I went with my wife and niece so they can experience Ethiopian food. They were afraid of spices, so they ordered chicken and fish. I told the waitress to hold any hot spices, actually they never used any kind of spices so their food was bland and not what they expected. My situation was totally different. I ordered a vegetarian sampler and was delighted. My wife tasted every combination in my plate and that angered her, since she didn't had the African experience that she expected. The service was good, a little expensive.
