This place is run like a bar, so you can't expected hot plates prepared at the moment in a decent way. You can be lucky if you had to go for a sandwich or a burger. In general I had the impression they don't prepare real food, which has to fill your stomach but also has to transfer nice feeling and leave you a good memory of it. Here you eat just to survive, just for filling the stomach.
