Sunday brunch ... Overall appearance was welcoming, clean, and bright, which made being led to the worst table in an empty house exquisitely irritating. Service was attentive and very good.

The mixed grill was very tasty. Coming out hot would've make it excellent. Companions' entrées were good as well. Lump crab meat omelet was prepared exactly as ordered, French. Off-menu waffle creation was excellent.

Needing attention are food temperature, the Virgin (driving) Mary's, and milk punch. Thus, a low-4 score in this city of good dining.

Dr. Scott says: Check it out for nice ambience and potentially very good food.

If you have not experienced the log cabin in our city, run, don't walk if you like game, ambience, excellent wait staff and a fantastic wine list. I went specifically for buffalo chili, one of my favorite dishes there, but it is all good. BTW, the menu has lots more than just game, great fish dishes and other wonderful dishes.

Had our first anniversary dinner here. We did the 5 course tasting menu and loved it. Not sure if we had done the 7 if we could have finished it. The quail and venison was amazing. All the dishes were great. The restaurant is also very warm and cozy. I felt i was at the hunting camp and the wait staff was welcoming and helpful.

Took a party of 5 for annual Christmas luncheon and the food and wine were delicious. Three had the seafood special and 1 had steak filet and 1 had the wild game special and all enjoyed their food. First time back in a couple of years since being in their new location which is as attractive as their former location. We will be back in 2014.

It was our first visit, requested a table by the fireplace and my wish was granted. No complaints about the service whatsoever, our hostess and waiter couldn't have been more courteous, timely or professional. The food however was just okay. My wife ordered Red Snapper and was brought Sea Bass. It is a very romantic and unique restaurant.
