This is a restaurant that can't decide whether to be a churrascaria or sushi bar, a somewhat bad combination of East meets West.
All in all, food was mediocre, more about quantity than quality, which is usually the case with many a buffet style restaurant, but, unlike most buffet restaurants, the price is quite high for what you get, quality wise. Definitely a place to go if you only care about quantity, and not quality, but for >$30/person, I would venture there are better deals in Houston.
If you want GOOD sushi, go to a sushi restaurant (Matsu on FM1960 comes to mind, best New York Roll I've found), if you want GOOD churrasco, go to Fogo de Chao, pricey, but can't be beat, the salad bar alone is worth the price.
