The pork in the enchilada had excellent flavor but it was smothered with white cheese and really no sauce. The rice was also dry with diced fresh tomato on top. It would have been best cooked in the rice. The food was pricey for what was served.

We were here just yesterday, and had a great lunch. Ben was our waiter and he was awesome. He made great table side guacamole, and gave amazing service. Pappasito's is the only Mexican restaurant that I eat enchiladas at. The chicken with red sauce, and seafood enchiladas are both great. On Saturdays and Sundays they have $.99 frozen mimosas and $1.95 bloody marys. They are both very tasty. We will be back again soon.

We love this place for high quality Mexican food as well as a fusion of Continental cuisine like steaks with a Latino flair. Bar drinks are large and the Sangria some of the best in town. We also feel the beef natchos are richer and better than anywhere else we go to in town. Contrast the natchos with a great Tilapia seafood dish. This is as good as it gets for this genre of food in Texas.

The white queso was soooo good and we also had fajitas which are their specialty and it was fantastic too. The best item we had was the brochette shrimp! Unbelievable tasty! We craved it for days after we left, but we ate so much food while there that we wanted slow it down the rest of the week.

Our waitress was fantastic too. We sat in the outside area, but there were heat lamps everywhere so the 40 degree weather didn't bother us. We enjoyed our waitress so much we tipped her 35% of the bill. She was off the chain great, just like the food. Been to Pappasito's before in Atlanta and enjoyed it, but don't recall it being that good! Definitely hit this place when you're in Houston.
