I've been in this restaurant several times. Food is always good. Service is fair. Place is a little bit noisy, but why should it be different, it's italian..............Live music was very good, pop, not noisy, nice singer. Prices are more than ok. Will return.

Good Italian food and ok wine list. Very lively bar on Friday night with piano player and packed house. Service was a bit slow but efficient.

We tend to go out and eat more than we probably should, and this is probably just my 2nd bad review in all the years that i've been using tripadvisor. Decided to have my wife's surprise birthday party at this location by the Galleria in September 2012, and boy was it a huge mess. For starters i had a reservation for 15 folks, 18 showed up instead which is generally the case at party's - right? Give or take a couple? We had the most difficult time in the world trying to accomodate 3 extra people. I won't lie, the waitress and the waiters were nice, good attitude, smile, soft spoken and all that, the service, however, sucked! We had 2 waiters assigned to our table, neither one ever came back for refills on our drinks. Our orders were entirely mixed up , food came in late, it was cold for some, people got served the wrong dishes. Look, i understand that with a such a big party, it's difficult to keep everyone happy, but can you keep anyone happy? My wife ordered a dish that came out practically AFTER everyone was done eating, it showed up in a doggy bag....really?!? Why would i pay 20 some bucks for a dish only to have to bring home heat up and eat? And to top it off, the server actually has the nerve to emotionally black mail me by saying that if i didn't pay for it, her manager will take it out of her paycheck? Really? Does that really happen? I think not. Overall the attitude was good, the service sucked and food was even worse. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Did speak with the manager on duty that same night, nothing much came off it.

Usual high standard of Maggianios food but service on arrival was left wanting. Outside seating is a great choice.

After a fresh, zesty house salad, we enjoyed chicken parmesan and chicken Francese (a parmesan crusted breast topped with lemon butter and served with crispy red potatoes). Both were tasty and served by attentive staff, as just the right temperature. Dessert elevate the experience even further, featuring a heavenly toasted pouncake, with carmelized bannana slices, hot fudge and ice cream. Oh my gosh! Can't wait to return.
