I've visited this restaurant twice, perhaps three times, since my last review and I can no longer recommend it The new waiters have definitely not been trained to treat all diners with equal respect, especially not their African-American guests. Once, all the food served here was divine. On my last visit, the fish was overcooked and had a strange flavor, as did the amuse bouche served.
I've dined at Michelin-starred restaurants in several countries. This one is no longer close to deserving a star. Because I once loved Da Marco, I gave it a second chance and returned after speaking to the management. Nothing had changed, except for the worse. A waiter actually raised his voice and shouted from the other side of the table. Incredible. I'm done.
