Description: Masraff's on Post Oak Blvd is a casually elegant upscale restaurant owned and operated by Houston restaurateurs, Tony and Russell Masraff. The restaurant has quickly become a local favorite with it's unique American cuisine and contemporary ambiance. Best described as American cuisine with a touch of Southern Europe, the seafood, fowl, homemade pastas, lamb, beef and seasonal game will satisfy the most discriminating diner. Soon after opening, Masraff's received stellar early reviews, including the prestigious three-star rating from the Houston Chronicle Dining Guide, as well as being named among the ten new restaurants on the culinary cutting edge in the US by The Wall Street Journal. For a delightful culinary experience, dine at the Chef's Table, where the Chef prepares a gourmet six -course dinner of his choosing. The Restaurant, which has recently moved to 1753 Post Oak Blvd from its former location at 1025 S.Post Oak Lane, seats over 200 for lunch and dinner.

Dined here for Valentine's and the food and service were top notch. Enjoyed the filet, Scallops, risotto, calamari especially.

“Great food, nice atmosphere”
Reviewed February 15, 2014

This upscale restaurant in in the heart of the galleria area and very easy to find. The food was great and the presentation superb. As all other review, the owner will come out and greet the patrons. He is a very interesting person, very cordial and will spend his time conversing with you for as long as you wish, never lingering though. The restaurant itself is divided into different dining areas with low lighting, the bar area and the patio area were more favorite. I think I'd go back to experience the bar area since this visit we dined in one of the dining areas. We were probably the last to leave after the restaurant closed, but we were never rushed. This is one of the nicer restaurants that I have been to with a very classy atmosphere.

“Impeccable Food and Service!!!”
Reviewed February 14, 2014

Masraffs is one of the most significant dining establishments in Houston! and all of Texas. The dinner began with garlic seared calamari with oyster mushrooms, cilantro and shaved onions. This was a delicacy to behold-the presentation was wonderful but the impact on the taste buds was extraordinary!!--the best calamari i ever tasted without a doubt...This was followed by red Snapper with apple smoked bacon and mushrooms with a basalmic reduction..another splendid dish This was complemented with a wonderful wine. The service was impeccable. If you are in Houston--this is must to visit..If you live here I hope you have been going here for a long time r you are really missing out..

“Perfect start to finish”
Reviewed February 4, 2014 via mobile

After a long flight delay in Denver, we thought we would miss out on the one opportunity we had to have dinner at Masraff's. We arrived 30 minutes before they stopped seating for the evening, but we were warmly greeted and seated immediately. Our server was friendly, professional and helpful. The menu was varied and we enjoyed our choices immensely. The wine list was extensive and the atmosphere to enjoy this all in was very comfortable.
I don't know how long it has been since I have left a restaurant this happy with my dining experience and would certainly recommend it highly.

“Quiet Night in a Great Restaurant”
Reviewed January 31, 2014

I met a client for dinner at Masraff's on a Tuesday night. For Houston, it was cold too, so nobody was out. Pretty much had the place to ourselves. Now, for the meal: we had Gumbo as an appetizer--perfect and delicious to warm up. There was an excellent wine selection and the waiter helped us choose a fantastic Super Tuscan. I'd say he was very knowledgeable. The wine list was extensive and very international (even a pretty long list of Greek wines!). I had the Coffee Crusted Filet for dinner and my client had the Venison (very rare) and Game Hen. They were both perfectly prepared and really great. For me, the filet was extraordinary with a risotto side. We agreed; it was top 10.
