We visited at 4:45 on a Friday and the upstairs lounge for happy hour was already packed and VERY noisy. We were about to leave when the manager offered us a table in the upstairs dining room with the caveat that we would have to be done by 7 when dining reservations started. (However, the girl at the front desk was perfectly willing to let us walk out when we told her there were no seats in the lounge before the manager stepped in. Do front desk people NOT understand the concept of customer service and watching dollars walk out the door?). A very nice waiter tended to our needs like we were long lost relatives. The drinks were very nice in quantity and quality at reasonable happy hour prices. The BBQ pizza was absolutely delicious and the perfect size as an appetizer for two. We were so impressed with the service (front desk not withstanding) and food that next time we will go for dinner.
