“A good treat !”
Reviewed August 22, 2013

While this Indian restaurant had food that were not used to as compared to other Indian restaurants ( Not sure which region of India it is from ) It was vey tasty. This restaurant is strictly vegetarian and they definitely make you feel like royalty. It is a pr-fix menu for lunch and there are large round stainless steel shallow bowls which have several smaller bowls inside. As soon as you sit down, servers come around with a never ending array of different vegetables prepared with sauces until you have to say. Ok no more please ! It is like a Brazilian restaurant concept, with out the meats. Be sure to ask for mild food, which we should have to begin with. The food tends to be spicy otherwise. Overall a good restaurant with a unique twist for us in this country.

Excellent spread of vegetarian food served by very courteous waiters. They just keep serving you until you're exhausted!

“Be prepared for a royal treat”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

This is the place if you want a taste of Indian hospitality. You would think you are a guest in an Indian home where they are serving you a royal platter until you are beyond full. They have king sized thalis with unbelievable variety. The food is authentic Gujarati style and service is extra ordinary.
Its a buffet but they bring everything to you. You have to go there to believe. It really justifies its name.

“Very good gujarati food”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

One of the better places for Guajarati food in USA. It is clean and ambience is there too for an Indian restaurant. Owners themselves were serving and were friendly folks. Stainless steel dishes were clean too.

There is lots of variety of food which is served in buffet style but you don't have to get up from your table.

We did find the food to be very tasty but it is very heavy too. Even on empty stomach, for some reason we all got full very quickly.

“Good food, pushy service”
Reviewed May 27, 2013

This is a pricey vegetarian restaurant. There are over 20 (or maybe more) different types of dishes served in the traditional Rajasthani/ Gujarathi way in a huge plate. (Called a thali). They have a choice of roti or puri that they keep serving. Everything is being served by the fine men and women in fine attire. They keep running around the whole place. If you are planning for a relaxed evening dinner, this is not the place. The place is small and they are very pushy. A waiter will come and ask if u need anything else - "if u r done why don't u leave". then someone else will come and ask if u need something.. and give u a look like" u have lost ur credit card or something".. I am not going back here! In a similar restaurant in Houston - called "Bhojan", I found the ambience more relaxing and people were not pushy.
