Oh my gosh....my wife and I went with our favorite foodie couple and the four of us were totally blown away. We arrived at 6:15 and left four hours later with smiles on our faces. We cannot wait to go back in three months (the menu totally rolls over every four months). Three of us had the 8 course menu with one having the 5 course. One was gluten free and the other was egg and almond free. Two of us had the matching wines and the other two had champagne from the champagne cart. The dining experience is somewhat like being at a chef's table with the staff being extremely knowledgable about the cuisine and more than ready to discussion any details of how each course is preparted. I highly recommend that you go to their website to see the menu. We have gone to only one other restaurant similar to this in the world....The Herb Farm near Seattle.
