There are multiple dining options in the aquarium depending on how much you want to pay. I've eaten in two of them, and they were ok. I definitely think you're paying for the atmosphere, which is pretty cool. If you're downtown for a show or on a date, it's cool. If you're looking for a great meal, go elsewhere.

I was disappointed by the size of the aquarium. We walked through the whole thing in 15 minutes and stopped to look at each tank. Especially disappointing was the fact that they don't even let you see the sharks without making you pay extra! Even then, they load you onto a tiny train to take you into the shark exhibit and won't let you get off at any time. That made it very difficult to get a good look at any of the sharks. I just got to look at a tiny little part of the tank that I could see from my train seat. I've been to much better aquariums in towns much much smaller than Houston!

We were expecting much more for 17 dollars per person: the Aquarium is very small and there are only 4 real attractions in the park. So better planning to go somewhere else where you can get better value for your money. Last but not least kids, and our son is only 3, pay full ticket price too!

this aquarium was a bit smaller than some i have been to, but had a good variety of exhibits. the staff was very helpful with any questions, and very informative. they also have a restaurant inside, and a small amusement park outside.

It was okay, the kids liked it though. It was small and didn't take too long. Check out the tunnels of downtown while you are in the area.
