“Fun Saturday Afternoon”

Lots of picnic tables for enjoying their great beers outside. The tour is worth going on - knowledgable staff answering questions and showing you around the sites of the brewery. Get to the brewery early though, seats fill up quickly and the tasting is only from 12-3. $7 for 3 pints - a better deal than any bar in midtown!

“Brewery adventure done right”
Reviewed November 6, 2012

I went to Karbach Brewing after several trips to St Arnolds locations and Southern Star Brewery. Karbach was welcoming, clean and well run. The beers available were good quality although they do limit you on their Rodeo Clown due to the high alcohol content.
Bring a folding chair and an umbrella if you will be sitting outside. There was a food truck there serving which negated the need for bringing your own food but snacks are always a good idea.
The crowd was young, energetic and friendly. We have taken our kids to other tours before and we would take them here as well. Just be sure to keep them in check.
We did not do the tour itself but saw several groups of people at various times walking around on the tour.
Good stop to pair up with other Houston attractions on a Saturday in the spring or fall.

“Cool place, great beer.”
Reviewed November 6, 2012 via mobile

I like to visit many breweries, this is a small but good one. The tour is rather simple, but who goes to breweries for the tour? On to the beer.... The servers are very generous with their pours , especially if you buy the larger glass. Not much room inside to chill, unless you want to stand. Outside is larger with place to sit. Bathrooms need to be addressed. 1 bathroom inside and 2 portable toilets outside. When you charge 8 bucks for a 6 pack of cans, you should be able to afford better facilities. Overall it is a great place to go if you want to have a drink, or a few! I've been twice and plan to return.

Fantastic little brewery off of 290. Nice selection of craft beers. Cool atmosphere. Always fun food trucks there for some munchies. Bring your dog and a chair!

“Awesome”
Reviewed May 31, 2012

My first time going was last Friday and i enjoyed it very much. I love the fact that it's on Fridays from 5-7, that gives me enough time to get off work and head to the brewery for an ice cold drink. Their beer is very good and the tour is informative. The place is somewhat small, but i loved the fact that is open space. and There's a little area outside where you can relax, there's even a taco truck parked in case you get the munchies. Oh, and they are dog friendly, which i found that to be nice. Overall, great place to grab a few to start your weekend right.
