Decided to try this place spur of the moment and it was SO worth it, even if we did have to stand outside and wait on a cold day in Houston! Lucky for us we were at the front end of the line, so the wait wasn't so long. The crepes are made with fresh ingredients and you can watch as he puts all of it together and prepares it for you. My hubby had the savory and I had the sweet -- we were both impressed, and really would have loved to order a second time around if the line hadn't been so long.
The owner is not only great with the food, but he's also quite the conversationalist, which adds life to the little crepe cart. Definitely give it a go!!
