toilets were 200 yeards away in the main building, down an escalator. you have to find a member of staff that is free to take you, he/she has to find the key as the door is locked, they couldnt find it. then they found one, took me, it was the wrong one. so we went back, and the manager was interviewing new staff, he tried to ignore the situation, then when i confronted him he wasnt concerned. they are at least 10 places to eat here, no public toilets except with a guided visit with a key if youre lucky enough to have one available. its a joke.
