This is part of a chain of all vegetarian Chinese restaurants. It is run through a relgious organization but other than signs and literature there is no pressure. The food uses analogs like wheat gluten in place of meats. 100% vegan, not just vegetarian. We've eaten here several times and admittedly only try a few favorites like the Sweet and Sour Devine. It's a bit sweet, like most sweet/sour dishes, but is loaded with peppers, onions, and carrots. Rice is extra but a minimal charge. The Golden Wontons are crisp and tasty without a heavy sauce. No soft drinks are served but they offer juices and other beverages, plus water. Kind of a sterile, but comfortable environment.
