Room #339 air conditioner was broken and window does not open. The towels were covered with nappy hair. Look over towels before taking a shower. The hallways always smelled of cigarettes even though it was suppose to be non - smoking.

My visit to the RedRoof Inn has been an outstanding that being said I have to say that Marquence Snyder has the best smile, great attitude and personality. Every visit that I have had at Redroof Innl has been warming and an awesome welcoming.

Room Tip: Restaurants & entertainment is close by/!!!

My wife and I had a doctors appointment in Houston and needed to stay close to the office. We had reservations at a Nearby Motel 6 but was not impressed when we checked into our room. We quickly left and tried the Red Roof Inn a block away. We were greeted by Nikki who allowed us to view the room and then gave us the room at the Rate of the room that we were going to stay in at the Motel 6. Nikki, was very professional, funny and accommodating. After our 1 night stay we returned home only to have to return to Houston a week later and guess where we stayed!!! Unfortunately, Nikki wasn't there but the staff that greeted us was just as friendly and accommodating. The hotel appeared to be under minor renovation as the stairwell was being painted and you can tell that the room and lobby had been pleasantly upgraded. My only complaint is that Red Roof needs to get newer model TV's but they did offer Free Wi-Fi and the rates were very reasonable. Thank you Nikki for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs we will continue to stay at this location on return trip

Room Tip: We stayed in the business room. It is the largest of the offered rooms at this location. It comes with a King size bed and a little desk/mini business nook.

As you know, our business suites are the way to go, as they include more space, in-room coffee and big, comfortable beds. We are always making improvements to our rooms and common areas, and upgraded televisions are on the short list.

This hotel was everything we had hoped for and more. The staff were all very cheerful, and we believe happy with their jobs. GM Timothy "adopted" us, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was kind enough to accept e-mails for printing and accept UPS packages being delivered. Housekeeper Dora made our room very comfortable and always greeted us with a smile. When we're back in Houston, we'll definitely be staying with Timothy and his family-like staff.

I would like Lora (RR1229) to be acknowledged for very good customer service.
I was very pleased with the service I received while I was in this hotel I was there for 5 days 4 nights.
The location was very goodThe price was afforadable for the area.
