Best Hobby Airport Hotel, it's an oldie but goodie! It is not the newest Hampton around, but very well kept, very clean, and great staff. Free, quick airport shuttle. This is the second closest hotel to Hobby, literally a four minute drive. Excellent breakfast as expected at Hamptons.

They have redone the lobby and the bathrooms. Yes, the carpet and furniture are the old Hampton styles, but it is clean and the staff is great. I almost didn't stay here because of the ratings relative to other properties in the area. I'm glad I stayed at the Hampton.

We stayed one Friday night in November 2012 while attending a school function. The reviews made us a bit nervous about staying at this hotel that the school arranged for us. We did not have any of the dirty room issues that others experienced. Of the 14 rooms reserved for our group none had issues with cleanliness or odors. Our experience was pleasant, the front desk staff was helpful and professional. The rooms were quite comfortable (comfy bed, standard hotel pillows, wifi worked well and nice TV). The morning breakfast was nothing special, pretty typical. For an overnight stay I recommend staying here.

This is a very dated Hampton Inn. The central heating/cooling seemed a bit iffy, the fan is really loud and because it turns on and off, it can be a nuisance if you are a light sleeper. I don't know why but my allergies acted up horribly after staying the night, I imagine the place really needs their carpets deep cleaned and the whole place needs a major dusting, not to mention renovation.

Sorry but I would not recommend staying here if you have other options.

OK, so it's an airport hotel and people stay there for convenience not for great luxury. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They seemed to really care that we were well looked after.

i fly to atlanta ona regular basis and always rent room the night before,,,the first time i was given a key and went to the room the door was not completely closed so i walked in to find feces splattered all over toilet seat i immediatly went to front desk and a employee accompanyied me to verify it OK SO got another room full of hair on bathroom but too tired to play musical rooms soi accepted it STAFF WAS EXTREAMLY NICE SO a month later i had another trip planned and booked a room at the same hotel mostly because i became very fond of the staff at the front desk..OK so went to the room placed luggage in room went to run bath water and the BATHTUB WAS FULL OF PUBICAL HAIR i went to the front desk and a staff member by the name of kieth accompanied me back to the room to verify the problem even he made a comment on how nasty it was SO he accompanied me to another room we walked in together to find FLOOR DIRTY,,BATHROOM FULL OF HAIR,,COMCENTRATED URIN ON FLOOR BESIDE TOILET,,FOOD FROM PAST GUEST IN REFRIGERATOR WHICH KIETH REMOVED IMMIDIATLY,,,LOOKED LIKE PIZZA SMEARED ALL OVER FROMT OF FRIGE AND MICROWAVE ,so i sit on edge of bed to find a big ball of green gum wrapped in plastic under my feet ,,,SHEETS WERE LOOSE ON BED NOT TIGHT SO SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED FROM PAST GUEST,,,,I WAS NOT GIVEN A KEY TO THE ROOM FRONT DESK SAID THEY WERE UNABLE TO MAKE A KEY SO I WAS CONFINED TO THE ROOM FOR THE NIGHT TOO DANMED TIRED TO GO ANYWHERE ELsE ,,I WAS NOT OFFERED A REFUND BY STAFF that night SOOOOOO the next morning i got up extra early to go speak with the manager about what happened and he had not come in yet ,,front desk called and spoke with him twice (asst manager CHRIS)I was told he would be there in 15 minutes 3 times i ended up sitting in the lobby a hour waiting on him,,,,when he walked in he had this happy go lucky i dont give a CARE attituded OK SO he came out to speak with me,,i explained what had happenen and that it was not acceptable,,,,HIS RESPONSE WAS (''I KNOW WE HAVE HAD A HAIR PROBLEM BUT I NEED TO SPEAK WITH WITH KIETH TO VERIFY THIS AND INVESTIGATE '') i replied that i would gladly go with him to the to show him myself (HE REFUSED) BUT YET I WAS TREATED LIKE A LIAR,,I ALMOST MISSED MY FLIGHT WAITING FOR HIM,,I GOT THERE 20 MINUTES BEFORE FLIGHT DEPARTURE,,,,,, HE PROMISED A FREE GUEST CERTIFICATE AND A REFUND IN FULL WOULD BE MAILED TO ME,,(((I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING)))NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS A EMAIL FOM THE MANAGER ,,, TOTALLY DISCUSTED ,,,I WAS CHARGED OVER 100 DOLLARS FOR A ROOM THAT A MOTEL 6 WOULD HAVE BEATEN IN QUALITY

We were flying out of Houston Hobby and this Hampton was the perfect place to stay. They allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot while we were gone and took us to the airport on their shuttle. We called when we returned and they were there to shuttle us back in a few minutes. The room was nice and the bed comfy. The service was outstanding. They were always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Front desk personnel were super friendly. Just a perfect start to a great vacation!
