Terrible place to stay. Lady at the front desk was beyond rude. We had to call for a shuttle 3 times and waited well over 1 hour for it. Finally a nice gentleman from the Hilton Hotel shuttle felt sorry for us and gave us a ride. We pull up to see the shuttle parked in front of the hotel. They probably didn't even have a driver for it! We didn't even recieve an appology. Rooms stink and are VERY loud.

We spent one night at the Red Roof Inn during our last layover. Hotel Shuttle was right there to pick us up, hotel is clean, nice room, staff were helpful. No complaints. Good for a layover.

Reasonable price and rooms looked nice. Stayed one night and unfortunately sustained numerous itchy bites which could possibly be from bed bugs. Recommend caution.

Started with an overworked and overwhelmed reception person, big carpet stains in the hallway, no food service, no mini bar, wrinkled sheets-used? who knows...
Dirty looking blanket, amenities included 2 bars of soap and a tiny shampoo bottle. Bad especially if you arrive here without a suitcase...
If you arrive here after hours 10:30 pm for me, no place to eat other than call Dominos delivery or a chinese place, 45 minutes wait, food mediocre but edible if you are desperately hungry...

Shame on you Continental Airlines to put your stranded customers at such place...

Room Tip: stay out of this hotel

Checked in at the Sleep Inn and was informed that they charged extra to leave the car there - this infor not on their website. Lobby was dirty, housecleaning working in the halls at 5:00 p.m. Went to the room and discovered stained carpets, small rooms, an overall dirty feel to it. I immediately left and went to a nearby hotel ( many to choose from in the area) found a nice, clean , new room for the same cost and no charge for parking. SO GLAD I LEFT!! I don't think I would've slept a wink had I stayed.

We were booked into this hotel by Hotels.com; what a rip off! We had to cut our vacation short due to a death in the family and had made arragements to fly out the next morning so we needed a place close to the airport. The entire hotel is dirty. The heater/air conditioner made so much noise we had to turn it off. There was mold in the shower. The free continental breakfast was so bad we didn't even take anything; no fruit, juice, or anything edible. The price was high $80 + tax. The front desk person could not answer any questions about anything. If we could have gotten our money back we would have gone elsewhere. Do not stay here! There are many other hotels in the area.

We booked our stay on ParkSleepFly.com. The place was so dirty, stinky and broken down ... we could not even think of sleeping in the bed or staying overnight. We used the room phone a few minutes and checked out by 8:30PM! The clerk was not competent enough to print out our receipt.
