Saldivia's is Amazing.
The food , service atmosphere is wonderful. I first met Gus 20 years ago and to find him once again was like coming home to a great Dining Experience.
I had a Melted Provolone with Tomato with a Clean Crisp Sauvignon Blanc which is one of the Specialty Wines from Uruguay .Then our entree was a Skirt Steak with a Velvety Smooth Tannat. The meat was perfectly prepared and seasoned.
Our dessert was a Chocolate Tiramisu and a Flan. Both were perfect. Gus chose a Dessert Tannat that had wonderful Chocolate flavors.
The Piano music was a delightful surprise at 8pm.
