I read so many reviews that i was afraid to stay here. My fears were unwarranted. the general manager was very nice as well as rest of the staff. My room was very clean, crisp white sheets nice pillows,wifi, big flat screen TV that unfortunately did have a couple surprising porn channels to skip over, a refrigerator and microwave that helped cut the costs of my visit to MD Anderson, which was very,very easy to get to from this location without using the crazy interstate..Also there was not any crazy night time traffic that i had read about coming and going all hours of the night. Im on here now booking another stay for one of many more trips to MD Anderson. for this budget range very nice place.

Approx. 10min from Reliant Stadium, little family owned motel tucked in pocket around industrial business area. Clean, cool, no restaurants nearby or coffee furnished. Recently refurbished. Would recommend for reasonable rates, w/in reasonable driving distance from downtown Houston area. Clean little motel, friendly owners.(No spa was available/couldnt remove rating below w/o starting all over)
