The Pradaria Steaks & Churrascaria is a very good, if not excellent alternative to the more expensive Brazilian Steakhouses in the area. For about 35.00 per person, there is an unlimited amount of food and meat. The food service itself was very prompt in passing around the meats, and the meats themselves were excellent as well. We were there at a Monday night so there was a little amount of people there, but they kept the meats coming out as if the place was packed. The service themselves were also excellent and overall, this place is very highly recommended.

This place is heaven for meat lovers! If you like meat this is the place where the meat is good and (if you are not careful) it keeps coming. A very simple concept, if you put the card on the table with the green side up they keep coming with more meat. I red, they stop.

Their house malbec was good and the staff is very friendly. As a European (or Dutchy) we are not used to so many people checking if you are doing ok, bit this was not pushy at all.

Definitely something to check out if you love meat!

We have been there a few times and the service is gradually getting worse. The staff are not very welcoming when you arrive, and the waiters look like they dont want to be there, hardly service with a smile. We went there on fathers day which was busy, our table was in the corner where there wasnt a/c, it took forever for our drinks to arrive, we asked twice for more cheese bread, and once for chicken hearts and neither came. We were charged $42 for a tip as we were a party over 6, which I refused to pay. we wont be going back, which is a shame as the quality of the food is good.

We ate here last night for my daughter's 14th birthday. We usually choose the "other" churrascaria restaurant on Westheimer but have heard wonderful things about Pradaria and decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did! Not only did we have a better service experience but the food was better AND at almost half the cost!

The servers here are not dressed in the traditional "gaucho" style but instead these servers are friendly, helpful and totally add to your eating experience. The last time we ate at, rhymes with "mogo fe cow", we were rushed, servers either passed us up or they rushed our table. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes - I kid you not! PLUS, we paid $300 for our family of 4! At Pradaria, we were able to take our time, enjoy the rodizio experience, and savor every delicious bite!

The salad bar has lots of options! Several different types of cold appetizers, meats, cheeses, different types of salads, pasta, etc. Then there are the hot dishes! Rice, beans, the best mashed potatoes ever, Chicken Stroganoff, fried polenta, etc.

Then, the feast begins! We loved everything that came around! The bacon wrapped filet, parmesan crusted pork (YUMMMY), lamb (the most tender, flavorful lamb), sausage, bacon wrapped chicken, bottom sirloin, skirt steak and other items that I just can't remember but everything was so delicious!

We did not have room for dessert but DO try the pineapple that comes around on the skewer. It is every bit as satifying as a dessert! It is served piping hot and with a carmelized outer edge that just makes the fruit just melt in your mouth! Also, DO try the "Cocktail Lemonade." It is fresh lemonade with red wine and a lime squeeze. Lemonade Sangria! So refreshing and light - perfect for such a heavy meal.

This time, we had 5 people and our bill was well under $200! We WILL be back!

My family and I were recently in Houston and I decided to take them to a Brazilian rodizio having missed the opportunity on an earlier trip to New Jersey. I have always liked the meats at the rodizios.

We landed on Pradaria which is on Westheimer - everything seems to be on this street - having seen promotional offers at the Houston Press website. We had $10 off two dinners that were priced at $29.99 for adults and kids 12 and over.

The restaurant decor is elegant and classy - mostly dark wood and hues. Wait staff were all in black and were very polite, attentive and accommodating. The meats were superb and choices were wide if not overwhelming. The sirloin is to die for - seasoned and spiced just right and all tender. The bacon-wrapped chicken breast and boneless leg were a hit with our teenagers. The buffet was good as well; on the day we were there, they had chicken - yes, chicken - stroganoff and it was exquisite. The salad bar was well-appointed.

Two things stood out for us - great service and great food. Highly recommended.

The restaurant - being in a strip mall - had ample parking.
