Excepting for no refrigerator or microwave, the service and condition of the room were great. The complimentary breakfast was among the best in its variety over three days and its quality. This was a redeeming factor in regard to the microwave and refrigerator which were needed for medical reasons.

Thank you so much for your great feedback. This is what helps us to know what areas we need to work on so that we can provide better service to our guests. I am so glad that you thought our staff and our breakfast were great. We are truly working on having microwaves and refrigerators in every room but as for now just some select rooms have them. When you make your reservation if you just put that in the comments we will definitely have them in the room ready for you as we do have some free standing ones that we place in rooms upon request. Keep letting us know what we do right and what we can do better and we'll do it.

We had family business in Houston and stayed 6 nights, It was so nice to come back every night to nice clean rooms, clean towels friendly staff always a smile and friendly greeting, and the breakfast in the morning was so good and very helpful when your out of town you don't have to go looking for some place to eat. ( VERY NICE )

I stayed in 3 Hampton Inns in Houston and this one has the best interior & finish. Furnitures are new and classy. Good free coffee and breakfast. Hampton quality as expected. Staff are friendly. free parking.

OK. It was just OK. Nothing was particularly bad and nothing was particularly good. It did seem a bit cramped. The staff was friendly and the person serving breakfast was especially helpful and kind. I would stay there again, but it was not as nice as other Hampton Inns I visited.

Stay away. The entire hotel was very hot and humid and had a lingering odor that smelled a lot like mold. The first room I was given had a very powerful odor and the AC unit was very loud and would not cool the room down. I was moved to a different room that didn't smell as bad and the AC unit, while still loud, cooled the room better. The second room did not have the refrigerator that I had wanted. I travel frequently and this hotel is just dreadful.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding our hotel, I am certainly disappointed that your stay was not all that it could have been.

I am sorry that your experience during your recent stay wasn't all that we would have hoped for. Our maintenance staff is working to pinpoint the issues that you were having with the HVAC unit and the odor in your room.

The accommodations were beautiful, everything in our room seemed virtually brand new and the breakfast options were beyond amazing. We had a smooth check-in, loved the touch of the free water bottles at the front desk, and overall just had a great experience at this location. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed here for business and the location is ok not the greatest. The room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was a very nice selection! But $180 a night is crazy! I was really disappointed when I went to workout the next morning to find out they didn't have a gym! Overall rooms were nice but should have cost $100!
