We flew in from Seattle on a vacation lay-over. When we got to the Houston airport and called the front desk for a shuttle pick up. We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle and had to call twice. When we got to the hotel the lobby was crowded but,the staff immediately open another lane and we got right through. Carlos was very nice and very sympathetic to our problems with the shuttle,he comp-ed us dinner that night. Then when we left in the morning the shuttle was waiting outside. I thought the problem the night before was just a fluke but, I was surprised when the lady diving the van yelled for us to drag our large suitcases into the van. She didn't even open the back door or apologize for the inconvenience. She never got out of her seat or even smiled. This transportation problem is ridiculous and totally uncalled for. So, when we came home we again explained this transportation to Carlos. He was again very sorry and apologized over and over. Carlos and the other people at the front desk are exceptional and we enjoyed them both time that we went through Houston. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if not for the poor transportation problem. We were told that they are contracted employees and not hotel employees. if that is the case, the hotel needs to get rid of them. Just Terrible!

I was on vacation to visit family. I reside in San Antonio, and was having a difficult week dealing with personal and dental issues. When I checked in the hotel lobby had a few individuals whom were getting checked in. At the time I was in a rush and needed to get ready to meet up with family members. However, Ruby was really polite, prompt, professional, and well mannered. My experience at this location was really great. She was friendly and her tone was warm and welcoming. I'd like to thank her for the hospitality and mannerism.

I had to change my reservation to the next day as our flight got cancelled at IAH. The hotel management was kind to change it without a problem. The front desk lady, "Ruby" was very nice and helpful. She should get a raise, acknowledgement for her sincere service. Thank you!

Was there for 1 night on a business trip. The hotel building is pretty old, have that old building smell as soon as you walk in the room. The night cost $58, reasonable room for that price. Orrery regular "holiday inn style", free wifi, free coffee

After traveling more than 6hrs. for business I was extremely tired and to my luck my connecting flight was canceled. I was so pleased when I got to the hotel and that your front desk clerk Anabel was so sweet and showed genuine care for my situation. Checkin was great whiich made my flight cancelation not a big deal.
