“Horrible”
Reviewed December 27, 2013 via mobile

This is a terrible place to be in. To start of, the parking lot is extremely confusing, packed and smoggy.

The inside of the mall is PACKED, its almost as if you were in a rock concert, thing is that you're not.

The place feels gloomy, too dark and no nice ventilation.

There is no place you can really sit back relax and enjoy the view.

The store arrangement is uttely disturbing. In one shop you've got high-end Neiman Marcus and right next to it a crappy hot pepper sauce store.

Everything feels wrong with this place, I do not know why people keep saying its the best.

“Lack of toilets and not many options of restaurants”
Reviewed December 22, 2013

The Galleria mall is an awesome mall for shopping, no matter what is the budget you have! They have all kind of shops, from DIor and Chanel to Forever 21 and Zara. Cosmetics, clothes, shoes and everything else you may find here. However, it is a huge mall, and it would be expected to have more toilets when you actually look for one. If you are trying to find, they don't have many signs showing where the next toilet is, and if by chance you ask someone where you can find one, they will show you the nearest one (which will be a bit far walking for sure, never close enough). They should definitely have more toilets in that mall. Also, when you find it, they are not so clean as they should be for the biggest shopping mall in Texas... It was gross.

Another thing to point: there are not a lot of options of dinner at the Galleria. You may find fast food options such as Wendy's, Subway, McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc... But not a real good restaurant around there. And please don't tell me The Cheesecake chocolate factory is an option of restaurant, because it is not. Also, not a lot of stairs or elevators available if you want to change the floor you are in. It is a huge shopping mall, and if you want to go from one place to another, you just have to walk aaaalll the way of the mall to find the stair and change floor.

Apart from these 3 things, it is a incredible mall for shopping and you will definitely find everything you are looking for there.

“Merry Christmas to us!”
Reviewed December 14, 2013

We were in Houston for my wife's checkup at M. D. Anderson and one of our daughters and fiancé met us to spend the weekend. We found out that he had never been to the Galleria. This was the best time to take him for a tour. He was amazed at the ice skating rink as well as the shopping outlets and decorations. This wound up being a four hour experience with drinks and shopping. If you can not find what you are looking for - it does not exist. We did a lot of Christmas shopping and had fun at the same time. We wished that it did not end. A great time was had by all.

“KENT SIBLING'S CHRISTMAS”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

Love the Mall/Galleria---it is hugh with all the fabulous stores. Beautiful Christmas Spirit-- We stayed at the Westin Galleria Hotel which connects directly to the Galleria Mall. We did not have to leave the free parking lot--all you can eat....and shop til you drop. Felt like we were Living in the Mall... It doesn't get any better than this~

“Big mall”
Reviewed December 3, 2013

An extremely big mall in an area with little else to do, we found ourselves here during our stopover in Houston. That said, the mall has virtually everything you'll need, so much so that we were able to spend most of the day here. A well-managed, diverse mall.
