Got a table with no reservation at this very busy Houston steakhouse. Knowing that I would only manage a main course, I reluctantly disregarded my favorite oyster starter and ordered the bone-in 22 ounce ribeye with the incredibly delicious bone marrow bordelaise topping and a baked potato with all the dressings. The sommelier recommended a fabulous Californian blend from Dalla Valle, reasonably priced and a great choice. Absolutely great steak and a great meal. I’ll be back!

Really, no shorts allowed, so hardly practical for pre-game dinner in Houston summer. Micro skirts OK though, but I guess that's different. Food good but isn't that what you expect?

American steak house with classy decor...lots of leather and dark wood. Had the salt and pepper calmari and it was huge and very tasty!. Also had the kobe skirt steak...very tasty. Too full to have desert. Pretty good value for the food but the wine list was huuuuge and probably a little expensive.

What an amazing experience!
We had a group of 10 people in one of their private rooms at the restaurant called the "Board Room". what a beautiful and simple decorated room. The walls are all covered with leather and the chairs were all, high board room leather chairs.
now lets talk about the food!
the mixed drinks were perfect!, and the other people loved their selection of wines.
the appetizers were just gorgeous and excellent. The shrimp cocktails, their fresh oysters, their salads were just perfect.
the steaks were amazing. Every single person were very impressed with their steaks. Cooked to perfection (they do know what I mean when you order Medium Rare). I ordered the bone in rib eye (a dream!).
You will need to leave space for desserts. We ordered 3 or 4 different ones (all beautiful and very tasteful) but after we tried their bread pudding dessert, we had to order two more.
This is a restaurant that when it comes to steaks, will be in your top 10 list.
Excellent service. Just loved the wood decoration of the restaurant. Very fancy.
Note: if you are wearing shorts, you will not be allowed at the restaurant.

Steaks were very good, but the service could have been better. I cut into the edge of my medium rare steak and told the waiter it was over cooked. He said it was probably okay in the middle and walked off. I flagged him down a few moments later and showed him that the middle of the steak was over cooked too. He took the steak away and the manager came over and apologized and promised something special from the kitchen for dessert, on the house. The "something special" never came and the fruity dessert I paid for was tasteless. On a positive note, the medium rare steak I finally got was excellent.
