“Nice location, good food, and good service”
Reviewed June 23, 2014

The Grove is well located in downtown Houston. The area is very active, clean and safe. The restaurant was very busy the night we were there. There was a convention at the Hilton Americas. Given the busy crowd, the service was very good. The food was also very good and all in our party of 12 enjoyed their meal. I would eat there again if I were staying downtown, but I did not see any parking.

“great burger”
Reviewed June 23, 2014

we were looking for something to eat during the lunch hour and the hotel restaurant had already closed. we didn't want to eat any of the food at the convention and we didn't want to drive anywhere and we found this place. we were happy too, only thing is they seemed a little short staffed, we waited a while for someone to take our drink order, but there was a festival going on in the park across the street so we just people watched while we waited.

“Wonderful Setting”
Reviewed June 23, 2014

Situated in Discovery Green across from the Hilton, The Grove is a great place for a bite or drink. The prices are a tad inflated. I had Shrimp and Grits that were a wonderful adaption to this traditional faire. Went on another night for a drink. The service each time was marginal, taking four requests for a glass of water one time and a mix up of orders the other. The beer list, for a place like this, should be improved.

“Truffle Parmesan Fries...yum!”
Reviewed June 17, 2014

This is a wonderful restaurant located on Discovery Green across the street from the GRB Conv. Ctr. They have a garden on the roof where they grow produce and herbs used in their dishes. The wild salmon salad was great with those cornbread croutons. We shared the Texas Pecan Cake and the Pan cotta for dessert. Another yum!
