This is by far the best BarBQ between West Texas and San Antonio. The ribs are cooked to perfection, the meat falling off the bone. Surprisingly the beans and potato salad, a weak spot in many BBQ restaurants, were excellent. Besides the regular plate, they offer a two meat and three meat option. Getting an extra meat is $1, don't know how they do it. I'm a pretty big eater, so I ordered the two meat plate, and got ribs for both meats. Absolutely succulent. The plate with all you can drink ice tea was a hair over $10 with tax. This much food at Rudy's would have run over $15, and would not have been near as good. Like most Texas BBQ restaurants, it is kind of rustic, but was tidy and clean.
